Making Friends
The BritTrack group is having a meetup in Atlanta, and I’d like to go. They invited everyone who joined the facebook group, but after DragonCon last year, I’m not convinced they actually want new people to join.
The entire time I was at con, I felt like an outsider. Like no one in the Doctor Who group wanted to speak to me, like I wasn’t wanted around at all.
I really want more friends in real life who are as into Who as I am… but I think they all just hate me upon meeting me.
Should I just go and swallow my anxiety and fears about it?
