Well of *course* he would say that. Just like the science regarding tobacco is unclear and usage doesn’t necessarily lead to health problems. RIGHT.
Not saying all sodium intake is bad… but c’mon. When you can pick up any microwave meal and the sodium in it is well over 900 mg, it’s a problem. Regulation is needed.
